Enjoyed most of the rest of the WCPA! Received “The Beer Machine” (TBM) kit from parents in law. Apparently this kit retails for $90!

First tasting of Mr. Beer

Sampled a couple of WCPAs with Steve. Very Impressed! Clean, well-balanced, slightly fruity character, in style much like a good pilsner lager, though technically an ale due to its top-fermentation. Carbonation just about right. A lot of sediment – take care with pouring.

Bottle Mr. Beer kit

Borrowed bottles, bottle tree, caps and capper from Jeremy and Mo. Mo helped me bottle WCPA. Left bottles in the loft again.
